By creating an account or using LINOTYPE, you agree to these terms. If you're using LINOTYPE on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
LINOTYPE turns the offer content you provide into AI-generated carousel and reel content, tracks what it has already generated so it doesn't repeat itself, and — when you connect a social account — lets you schedule that content for publishing to Instagram and/or TikTok.
You retain ownership of the offer content, brand details, and source material you upload. You grant LINOTYPE a license to process that content — including sending it to our AI provider — solely to generate and publish content for your account. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for keeping your login credentials secure.
When you connect an Instagram or TikTok account, you authorize LINOTYPE to publish content to that account according to the schedule you set — LINOTYPE does not post anything you haven't scheduled. You're responsible for ensuring published content complies with each platform's own terms and community guidelines; LINOTYPE is not responsible for actions a platform takes against your account. You can disconnect an account at any time, which stops all future publishing to it immediately.
Don't use LINOTYPE to generate or publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content, to circumvent a connected platform's posting limits or policies, or to attempt to access another user's account or data.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
LINOTYPE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors — review it before publishing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LINOTYPE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
