LINOTYPE stores the account information you provide (email, name), the offer content and brand details you add to a project, the carousels and reels the engine generates for you, and — when you connect a social account — the handle and an access token for that account.
When you connect an Instagram or TikTok account, we request only the permissions needed to publish content on your behalf (LINOTYPE never posts without your project's explicit schedule) and to display your connected handle. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and used solely to publish the carousels/reels you schedule from this project. You can disconnect an account at any time from Preferences → Connected accounts, which deletes the stored token immediately.
Your offer content and brand details are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate angles, captions, and slide copy. Connected-account tokens are used only to publish the posts you schedule. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Deleting a project removes its angles, sources, and scheduled posts. Disconnecting a social account removes its stored token immediately. To delete your account entirely, contact us at the address below.
